Using our Customer Care packages, we ensure that your team is trained to get the most out of Business Central. If you have any questions, our Customer Care team is of course at your service.

That's what we believe in. We're big believers in starting with the basics and think it's important that you take the time to really get to know the system. That's why we offer a standard package at low cost: GO! QuickStart. This package contains the basic functionalities of Business Central and allows you to get started with your business administration right away. Just because the system has many functions and features doesn't mean you need them all.

Tenant set up.
We set up a Microsoft Business Central environment for you, including one Production database and three Sandboxes. We create the accounts, request the licenses, and associate the appropriate license to each account based on your information.
Start-up project.
We schedule the consultant on your preferred days and create a Teams environment with helpful documents for during and after implementation, such as booking processes and functionality information from Business Central.
Template from ABC.
We have a setup of Business Central based on best practice. So basically you can enter your company information, create customers and suppliers and then start creating the invoices.
Data templates and import.
We give you the information you need to import customer and supplier open items, the beginning balance and the beginning balance of your bank account.

A quick summary:
Blue Business is a trading company and wants to implement GO! QuickStart, it also wants to implement two GO! Packs implementation: GO! Trade and GO! Traceability (one-time cost). As mentioned earlier, they need 3 Full User and 2 Teammember licenses for their five employees (monthly cost). This includes Customer Care for the five employees and Blue Business has chosen the Basic package (monthly cost).
